In 2011 we should not get intimidated by the works of the enemy, but we should get amazed by what God is doing and will do.

God showed me that 2011 is going to be as in Isaac’s time, Gen. 26. In 2011 difficult situations will come, but the outcome of them will depend on our attitude and awareness of them. If we believe God and his word, we will prosper in the midst of our circumstances. “Have I not told you if you believe you will see the glory of God?” John 11:40. These are the words we need to remember this year to see the supernatural manifestations in our lives. Even in the midst of our circumstances, we need to make the decision that we will not be fearful, but we will believe in God, in his word, and in his promises.

When Isaac saw the famine in the land (Gen. 26:1-5), he wanted to leave his home and go find food in Egypt. God directly intervened to reassure him that his blessings did not depend on his natural circumstances.

The Year of Transitions

This will either be a year of open heavens or a year of the perfect storm.

The number 11 has the biblical meaning of transitions. 2011 is the year where we are transitioning from one place to another. Where we will end up at the end of this time depends, in many regards, on how we respond to the leading of the Holy Spirit.

2011 will be a year of great pressure and stress, particularly, the first three months when it will seem as if we are in a toe-to-toe battle with the forces of evil.

This is a Tipping Point Year

If, in the middle of the pressure of the season, we faint and lose heart, the scale will tip away from us and there is a possibility of great loss and defeat.

2010 is the year in which we will win.  This is a year to triumph in Christ and diffuse the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.  

2010 is the year to wake up.  It is time to wake up and see both what the enemy is trying to do and what God wants to do through us.   This is a year when God will help us “see” in a supernatural way those things that we have felt like we could not understand.

Positioned to Win in 2010 by Receiving our Holy Spirit Second Wind

In 2010 a new reviving and enabling Wind of the Holy Spirit is suddenly going to sweep through the Church like a second wind for an exhausted runner.

 
We are going through the Esther process to be Positioned to Win the great battle between the kingdom of God and the kingdom of darkness. Esther went through the preparation of the bitter and the sweet.  We have been going through the sweet of blessings and the bitter of pressure, problems and lack.  Esther’s preparation was completed and then she went before the King in the 10th month.  Esther received Grace and Favor from the king and was chosen to be queen and Positioned to Win. (Esther 2:8-18)

2009 The Year of the Vine

God is speaking that there will be no more “business as usual” in this coming year. It is the season that we must take time to hear God as individuals.If we take time to reconnect to the Lord in an intimate way, our branches of life will produce fruit for the season in unique ways. We will be fruitful when others are not because God is always fruitful.This will be a year of pruning. Everything that is wood, hay, and stubble is being burned up so we can produce a new crop for a new season. After this season of pruning and being in the refiner's fire, what is left will be pure gold. This is what God will use to protect and prosper us in the economic shakings.
